spheropack.io.write_vtp(packing, path, *, periodic_images=False, point_data=None)

Writes the sphere centres as VTK XML PolyData with radius and diameter.

In ParaView: open the file, add a Glyph filter with glyph type Sphere, scale array diameter, scale factor 1 and glyph mode All Points (the default sphere glyph has radius 0.5, so scaling by the diameter gives true sizes). point_data adds further per-sphere arrays (e.g. contact numbers).
