spheropack.io.write_lammps_dump

spheropack.io.write_lammps_dump(packing, path, *, types=None, periodic_images=False)

Writes a LAMMPS text dump (id type x y z radius), one frame.

OVITO recognises the radius column; LAMMPS can read it with read_dump. types are integer particle types (default 1).

Parameters:

• packing (Packing)

• path (str | Path)

• types (ndarray | None)

• periodic_images (bool)
