Ratio of the number of contacts among non-rattlers to the isostatic number.

A frictionless jammed packing in a periodic box needs dim * (n_nr - 1) contacts among its n_nr non-rattlers to be rigid; the ratio is 1 for an isostatic packing and slightly below 1 for packings compressed at a finite rate.
