Detailed Description

Smoke test for pore-network extraction from an SDF.

Run:  PYTHONPATH=<pnm/build> python scripts/test_extraction.py <sdf.vti>
(e.g. ../flow/data/packing_ring.vti — 7199 pores). Writes the pores to pores.vtp.
