Detailed Description

The job table of one launch, by value.

off[k] is the prefix offset of job k's range in the launch's flat index (the RANGE differs per stage: the extended block, the inner region, the inner region grown by one, a sweep's face range); base is the global index of job 0 (for the per-job device arrays shared by the chunks).
